Pet Shop Northam

Fantastic little shop. Went in to pick up frozen raw food whilst on holiday and the wonderful, helpful lady was only to pleased to help. A little goldmine and good prices too. Picked up some toys and treats too.

An extensive range of food for your pets. Lots of expert knowledge. Our dogs love a raw marrow bone.

Highly recommend T&T pet shop Annette & Steve are both highly knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond for your needs! Their new website and loyalty card system is super handy and it’s a great benefit having home delivery !! Great service great products great deals

Lovely and amazing lady who has always provided us with food for our dog.Good prices, good service and a good person.

Very convenient and great selection of doggy treats! My dog drags me in there!

Lovely lady in this shop. Great selection considering how small the shop is. I popped in whilst on holiday locally for emergency dog treat supplies. Had good steam of people being served when I arrived. Yes it could be a bit cleaner and better organised but I think it’s a great pet shop . Thank you!

Very friendly staff, lots of choices, just need a temp collar

Had what my dog needed and I was unable to get in Barnstaple, Bideford or South Molton. The lady in the shop was very helpful.

Thank you for supporting Foodbank users with pets Thank you for yet again providing dog and cat food to the foodbank at Braunton
Your incredible support and donations have made it possible for us to continue to provide those most in need with food for their much loved pets

Consistently the best customer service Annette has consistently provided the best possible service.
I have bought my dog food from this company since my now 2 year old Working Cocker was a pup. I have had the best advice and above and beyond service throughout this time.
Thank you.

This is my local Pet shop I come here for a variety of my pets and highly recommend it, ALL the staff are lovely and well knowledge and willing to help with anything, my dog loves the natural sausages. Thank you 😊

Suppliers of a range of Pet Foods, always ready with friendly considered advice. We have regularly and frequently bought our dog food, treats, toys and harnesses over the last 7 years and will continue to do so. Thank you Annette!

Pablo and Pepe get so excited when they know they are going to pay the shop a visit that their tails nearly drop off from the constant wagging! They are always greeted with a cuddle and a treat – who can blame them! Top ‘N’ Tails is more than just a pet shop though. Over the years it has gone above and beyond to serve the people and pets of Braunton. During Covid Annette and Martin worked their socks off delivering food and making sure no pet was left hungry. When our elderly Chocolate Labrador was finding mobility a struggle, Martin was able to advise on the right supplements to help him have a much a better quality of life. He always asked about him and genuinely cared about all of his animal customers – such a kind man. Tragically, Martin passed away recently (we all miss him dreadfully) but Annette has stoically kept the shop running and has continued to provide an amazing service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she has such a depth of knowledge when it comes to pet nutrition, knowing instinctively what would be the best option out of the minefield of food choices. They don’t just do food – there are so many toys, treats and beds, its a veritable doggy treasure trove! Don’t forget to support your local shop, just as they have always supported our village……🥰

We use this charming and perhaps a little traditional style pet supply store every time we are having a holiday break in the area, (the last seven years). Usually calling first as our dogs have special requirements. Always very good prices. Always very friendly and helpful. Easy to recommend them 🙂

The owners are genuinely really lovely and no request is too much for them. The lady has ordered in flavours of raw foods they don’t normally have in stock just for us and on occasion, the gentleman has kindly delivered it home for us when we were having to isolate.I suppose if you think of this place as a shop, it may not be what you’re used to. But if you consider it a stockroom, it’s absolutely great! The choice is really amazing and prices are fantastic! If one was to order from any pet store online, you wouldn’t judge the state of their stockroom because you simply wouldn’t see it. So I don’t understand the need for negativity here either.I wanted to put this review because we should be supporting local business and I really think people should give this place a chance! Yes it’s not like a boutique pet store experience like some may be accustomed to when they’re not down here on their holidays, but if you know what you want – chances are they stock it here! And for locals, it really is an important little shop with its own place in the community.

Helpful and knowledgable We use this pet store as the products are always very reasonably priced and the owners very helpful with their advice.

Always a good service with helpful staff

Our dogs have always love visiting this shop and it’s owners. They are really knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is a treasure trove for animal foods, toys, treats, collars etc etc. How they pack so much into a small space is amazing. Skye our lurcher loves popping in and trying her luck at stealing(borrowing for a few seconds) the pig ears 😄. We live in Hele and Tamworth but always use these guys 👍🏼👍🏼.

Very friendly and helpful. We make sure we always come here when we are on holiday. They really know their stuff.
